In case of complaints, e-mail us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product at support@banarasisareehouse.com. The return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be arranged and the cost of the same will be borne by us. However, if you don't like the product, then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by you.
