What are the conditions for returning or exchanging a product?

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that: Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned products.
How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

In case of complaints, e-mail us within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. The return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be arranged and the cost of the same will be borne by us. However, if you don't like the product, then the shipping charges for the return of the product will be borne by you. Where is my order?

After we ship the products of your order, a tracking ID and other information will be sent to you regarding your package via e-mail. You may use the same to track your order.
What are the delivery methods and charges for the same?

We are shipping all our Orders through Delhivery,Xpressbees,Shadowfax,DTDC,Kerry Indev Etc. and We are not taking any Delivery Charges for Domestic Orders.
